       I am a dedicated, and professional Real Estate Agent.  We understand technology always changes and affects our lives—including Real Estate.  I use creative and innovative technology as a tool in achieving my goal, which is to make my clients’ dreams come true in Real Estate.  I studied Electronic Engineering at San Marcos University in Peru, and after graduating and working for a company for a short period of time, I founded my own company in technology. When I came to  the USA by my own choice, I started working in sales, in which I realized my connection to the customers and understanding their needs was kind of natural to me.  I’ve always self-reliant and I wanted to be independent; searching for such I discovered that Real Estate can be the one.  Since then, Real Estate has become my career. To help understand and resolve my clients’ needs, I stay on top by constantly training and earning multiple certifications including negotiation skills—always pushing myself to the next level to provide the best information to my clients’ needs, which is the deep foundation of my business, understanding and providing the best customer service possible. As a result of that I have been a top agent.

        In more than 10 years in Real Estate, I have not just helped my clients and friends, but I myself have become a property owner and investor in Real Estate.  What makes me proud is the fact that I have done the same for my buyers: guiding them from first-time home buyers to investors.  I understand the true value of my clients’ expectations (understanding, honesty, family and goal-achievement).  I use this experience to help them to make the best deal in the most valuable business transaction in their lives, such as selling/buying their dream home.  For sellers, my first goal is to understand what is behind the sale, thus I can adapt my plan, combining marketing technology along with my experience to assist them in selling their homes as quickly as possible, minimizing all inconvenience, and finally getting the top price possible.
